Clavicle Survival as a Free Bone Graft: A Case Report of Minor Modification Added to Pectoralis Major Flap

Introduction: Reconstruction of the surgically created defects in head and neck regions is a crucial step patients’ treatment plan. Regarding involved tissues, various flaps grafts have been introduced literature. The pectoralis major myocutaneous flap (PMMF) one most versatile with many variations for providing more advantages. Also, when bone tissue needed, it can be reconstructed via an osteomyocutaneous including rib, sternum, or clavicle. Case Presentation: In this article, case oral squamous cell carcinoma extension to facial structures and, then, PMMF was presented, which medial half clavicle resected employed as free graft. Conclusions: Sectioning not only increases arc rotation mobility but also provides new source graft vicinity. Besides, survival integration native noteworthy.
